Gouda, the king of Dutch cheeses since XVII century, is tasty even after 24 months of aging. It is soft and yellow, dense, compact and buttery, with a mild flavour that blooms in your mouth. It has a persistent aftertaste, full and caramelized. The artisan extra-aged cheese we selected is presided over by Slowfood.
