COLATURA DI ALICI (ANCHOVY SAUCE) 250ML

Colatura d'alici is made by ripening anchovies in salt, followed by an ancient 'pressing' procedure handed down from father to son by Italian fishermen on the Amalfi Coast. The sauce features a deep amber colour and strong, full-bodied flavour. *This premium sauce takes close to 30 kilos of anchovies to produce 1 litre of colatura.
