We offer 1-hour delivery across the Klang Valley. Place your order before 6:15pm and your groceries, wine or meal arrive the same day, often within the hour. Orders placed after 6:15pm are delivered the next day, and please note we don’t deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Everything leaves fresh from our Bukit Bintang shop, packed with care for the short journey to your door.

Q6. How do you keep fresh and frozen items cold?
Ans. Fresh and frozen products are carefully packed with ice packs in insulated containers, keeping them at their best from our shop to your door, even on a warm KL afternoon.

Q7. Do you deliver wine?
Ans. Yes. Browse our Italian wines and spirits and your bottles arrive alongside the rest of your order, across the Klang Valley.

Q8. How do I pay?
Ans. You can pay online when you order, or by cash on delivery. Online payment is quick and secure, and cash on delivery is there if you prefer to settle at the door. Either way, you confirm your order with us and we handle the rest.

Q9. What happens if I’m not home or my address is wrong?
Ans. We deliver only to the address you provide, so please double-check it and make sure someone can receive the order. If a delivery can’t be completed, we return it to the shop and can re-send it to a different address or time slot for RM15 in the Klang Valley.

Q10. Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?
