# Bottega Mediterranea Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bottega Mediterranea SDN. BHD.’s Official Loyalty Program. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the loyalty program available at https://kl.bottega.my

## 1. Points System

### 1.1 Points Earning at Bottega Mediterranea

– Every RM1 spent at Bottega Mediterranea = 1 Point

– Points are calculated based on the final paid amount after discounts

– Points are awarded within 24 hours after purchase completion at Bottega Mediterranea

– Points cannot be earned on tax, shipping fees, or Bottega Mediterranea gift card purchases

### 1.2 Bottega Points Value & Redemption

– 100 Points = RM5 redemption value (5% return rate)

– Minimum redemption: 100 Points (RM5)

– Maximum redemption per transaction: unlimited.

– Points can be redeemed at checkout on https://kl.bottega.my

– Points cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash

– This redemption value is the basic for the first Membership Tier (Sheep Tier). The redemption value will increase as the customer upgrades to higher Membership Tiers (Wolf Tier, Tiger Tier)

### 1.3 Points Validity

– Points are valid for minimum 12 months from the date of issue. The Membership tiers extends this validity to 18 or 24 months.

– Points will be automatically deducted from the account if not used within the validity period.

– Points cannot be extended or renewed

## 2. Bottega Membership Tiers

### 2.1 Bottega Sheep Tier (Basic)

– Entry level tier

– Spending range: RM0 – RM888

– Benefits:

* 5% points earning rate

* Basic member privileges

* Points validity: 18 months

### 2.2 Bottega Wolf Tier (Medium)

– Spending range: RM889 – RM1888

– Benefits:

* 8% points earning rate

* All Basic tier benefits

* Extended points validity: 18 months

### 2.3 Bottega Tiger Tier (Advanced)

– Spending range: Above RM1888.00

– Benefits:

* 10% points earning rate

* All Medium tier benefits

* Points validity: 24 months

* Exclusive Bottega member events

## 3. Special Bottega Rewards

### 3.1 Welcome Reward

– 15% discount on first purchase at Bottega Mediterranea

– Must be used within 30 days of sign up

### 3.2 Spending Reward

– Earn RM30 Bottega coupon for every RM600 spent

– Coupon valid for in-store purchases or dining at Bottega Mediterranea

– Valid for 60 days from date of issue

## 4. General Terms

### 4.1 Points Validity

– Points expire 12-24 months from date of issue based on tier

– Expired points cannot be reinstated

– Members will be notified of expiring points via registered email

### 4.2 Account Status

– Account must be active and in good standing

– Points and benefits suspended for suspicious activity

– Bottega Mediterranea reserves right to terminate accounts violating terms

### 4.3 Program Changes

– Program terms subject to change with notice

– Changes will be communicated via email and https://kl.bottega.my

– Members responsible for staying updated on terms

### 4.4 Exclusions

– Points cannot be earned on:

* Bottega Mediterranea gift card purchases

* Shipping fees

* Taxes / SST

* Previous purchases

* Discounted items (unless specified)

* Gift wrapping
